Advertising, cookies, and Meta

Third parties, including Meta, may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the Internet, and may use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads.

Meta may also use this information to improve Meta products and to personalize content, including ads, on and off Meta.

You can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting here:

Browser controls can also block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect site features, including checkout. Where law requires consent before storing or accessing non-essential cookies (including in the EU and UK), we will obtain that consent before using Meta Business Tools for those purposes.

How we share information

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate, including Stripe (payments), hosting and infrastructure providers, and Meta (ads measurement and targeting).

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” identifiers and online activity with advertising partners such as Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described above.

Applications submitted for you

If you use the service, you authorize us to use your career materials to find roles and submit applications. Employers and platforms receive whatever information is required for those applications. Once submitted, that information is subject to the recipient’s practices, and we cannot control how they use it.
